Private yoga lessons offer a great introduction to the practice of yoga and foundational support for those who are moving through a life transition, mourning a loss, rehabilitating an injury, improving a chronic health or medical condition, achieving a particular level of fitness or weight loss goal or who needing the increased scheduling flexibility that only a private class can provide.
Private sessions are prepaid and purchased as a series. The number of sessions needed varies depending on your health, experience and goals. You will receive motivational support, expert guidance and training, and a safe, effective practice plan. Private lessons help you feel familiar and confident with attending group classes and practicing at home on your own.
Private sessions are 60 minutes long and are held at my home studio, or your home or office.
All private sessions are available by appointment only.
